jeez... i was on an anime marathon and we ended up first watching rumbling hearts (KGNE) and if you didnt know that is probably one of the most depressing thing ive ever seen
so as a "pick-me-up" anime; we found the 13 episodes of kanon, at first i thought "oh crap... i think im going to die of depression" until the final 5 minutes of the last episode. Personally it was a big relief to see that no one actually died (well except the fox; but the little bell jingle at the end was a nice touch that she was still around ) All in all; a great great anime.
