Spoiler for bisexual harem:
yuri
girl on girl
yaoi
male on male
As you can see it's ambiguous having multiple meanings, the bisexual harem tag could also be added to Magika no Kenshi to Basileus because there are in fact a few bisexual heroines in there. But the male MC isn't in a yaoi with anybody nor is there any male on male for any of the characters introduced so far.
If anyone is curious (questioning) why I didn't put the yuir tag for Magika no Kenshi to Basileus is because unlike Shishunki na Adam I was not blindsided by the yuri heroines doing yuri things(mostly Hikaru) in fact I was expecting it to be that way, so I put the swords and magic, maids tags instead.
But just because you don't like the yaoi, or male on male tags doesn't mean that they don't apply to this story. The yaoi lets the newcomer know that this novel has BL elements and the male on male lets them know to what extent the BL element goes. If they still choose to read it then that is fine, but they choose not read it because it's not their cup of tea then that is also fine. I am not going to leave an ambiguous tag that could mean multiple things especially for a novel like this that has explicit content.
Not trying to be a homophob but some people don't want to be blindsided by the sudden male on male which doesn't really happen in the first volume, and don't even bring up the kiss, because Naruto's first kiss was also with a guy and it happened in the first chapter but that did not lead to him taking it in the backdoor in later chapters.(but the BL element certainly stayed though....)
Sorry I kind of went into a rant but to sum it all up tags are there to let the readers know what they are in for and also to let them find what they are looking for faster so being ambiguous will lead to more series than necessary popping up when your trying to search for a specific genre.

I don't mind the yaoi tbh I swing both ways so I'm good either way I just find that like 20 tags is crazy when they can be consolidated to just 1 or 2 as in "bisexual MC" and "bisexual harem" since the MC, to my knowledge, swings both ways and some of the girls do too. Anyway do what you gotta do just thought I'd add my two cents didn't want to rabble rouse or anything.
