Yup it was really nice when they kissed but she only did it because of what the fortune teller person told her to do for the best fever medicine. They both have some feelings for each other but it hasn't become apparent to them yet. They still see each other as very close friends or partners. I'm hoping they're develop their relationship a little more before the series ends.

The preview for the next episode looks cool. At one point of the preview they had what looked like Chrno and a bunch of the other Sinners standing together. Awesome scene.
