Ohhh, I heard it as 'Hissatsu' (missed an s last time) 必殺, meaning "deadly" "sure kill" things of that nature. And while I suppose you could call the Book of Darkness deadly it just seemed like a really strange thing to say. (And now I know why, my Japanese reading ability is even worse than my Japanese hearing ability so I didn't notice).
