Wow, seems like my prediction came true after all. Absurd degree of police incompetence and unpreparedness resulted in both a killing spree and overrun of HQ. To think that people were claiming it was alright to not use firearms because they wanted to make citizens feel safe.
Whole system got destroyed in like 24 hours. Makes it look kinda funny with all the dystopian, crazy-prepared state references.
