It's called "Yasashii Boukyaku", which translates as "Gentle Oblivion". An English translation should be easy enough to find... I did one myself back when the song first came out, but I don't really feel like going through my old posts to find it right now... Plus, I doubt my take on it would be the most accurate one anyway, seeing how that was before I started actively studying Japanese.
