For critiquing, I can't find much to comment on since the entry is fairly abstract. The perspective of the bottom arrow feels wrong though, shouldn't the pointer be larger than the base?

I fixed it up, but with the pointer being larger, you can't really tell that the end is smaller lol =P oh wells, maybe it's just because I don't know how to use free transform
