Well, I agree he's stuck in a way. He can't leave her or he'd look like the asshole of the century. So either she'd have to forcefully let him go (meaning she'd win in the end anyway, for again being so selfless) and tell him to go save Ranka, or they'd have to work together to do it. Meaning she'd win anyway. I'm still calling her going out with him singing. Yeep.
I just can't see a way for him to get out of it, not that I think he wants to. He's got to take responsibility for life.
