I don't think jerral has to worry about using Mystogun's magic. Mystogun was mysterious and a complete recluse. Most members of fariy tail didn't know what he could do, so i highly doubt that anyone outside of fairy tail knows enough about his magic to know that the man in the arena is a fake
Really he only has to worry about his mask coming off as THAT would screw him.
