I think he will failed with Tsukasa. If he really did it with her, he is basically overcome his women phobia, and he may get Tsukasa as his girlfriend, and under this condition, I don't think he want to jeopardize his couple life for the 4th girl.
So yeah, I think he will fail with Tsukasa, and his aunt will have ask him to move to the 4th target and so on....
