It's not like you can copyright fansubs, but it seems odd that an official translator would use them as the source - unless they figured that that version is what the readers already know and why change what's not broken?

I had a peek at the preview for the translation in the English manga. It looked almost as though they had just taken it straight off Baka-Tsuki.
