Well, in my opinion, the Shuzen family are more likely to become the next antagonist, rather then "ally" themselves with Tsukune's group.
After all, you seemed to overlook the fact that Gyukuro hates Moka as well, so I doubt that Shuzen family is going to "ally" themselves with Moka and Tsukune, while Gyukuro is still a member of the Shuzen family.
In other words the conflict between Moka / Gyukuro (and by extension Akasha) would have to be resolved, before the "possibility" of the Shuzen family, becoming allies with Tsukune's group, is going to be opened.
