Haruka have always been the singular source of strength of the group throughout, from their squalid anonymity to the trials and tribulations of fame. Her inexhaustible enthusiasm is something always to be count on whenever troubles arises to rally them on to persevere.
But, as always life must move on and nothing should stay as it is. Being the default persona of us viewer it is through her eyes that we see this somewhat sad event. We get to see that it's only her that seemed conscious of this experience, making it all the more sad.
Now as the players move on to their seprate ways, what does a group cheerleader be when there is no longer a group.

Everyone else are living the life that they dreamed. All seemed to be moving forward. We felt something for Haruka as she clings to such happy moments and feels that she's being left in the dust by rest. Even though she could be more subtle, I don't blame Miki for telling the truth when it's rather obvious and such pleasantries would look spurious. Unfortanately Haruka doesn't have any support like Chihaya does to motivate her to move on and find her own dream, plus the Producer went down the hole, so to speak

We get to see the breaking up of the group and seemingly losing their keys support. Let's see how the team will rally themselves in helping their "lost" teamates in the coming episodes.
