Well, being italian myself, I can at least give you a translation. Spoiler for riddle translation: Oh you who are looking for the key to the chest... Nullify your flaws, surpassing the limits of humans... Note that "surpassing the limits of humans" resembles Beatrice's description in the game TIPS, and 'Azzerare' means nullify as in 'bring something to zero', so math could be involved.
