One of my roommates at one point during last year started playing the Numa Numa song (Dragostea Din Tei) nonstop for like a month... I'm not a huge fan of the song but I think any song played that often will get stuck in your head. Thankfully it's not stuck there anymore.
I also heard that the same roommate went through a Nano Desu (Hanyuu Char. Song from Higurashi) phase during the summer - I'm sorta happy I wasn't there to witness that, despite how cute the song is - just not worth hearing it 5 hours a day (although I did make him a stepmania file of that song on request).
