The Astra Exodus, for the sake of clearing confusion, is an IS frame that doesn't have an IS core. In my story it was made from stolen or scavenged, surplus IS parts and modified scrapped units. Because no one really funds terrorist organizations. It runs on an alternative power source which may or may not break canon in half. Generally for rule of cool, Astra Exodus has an off-shoot of psycommu.

Lol it was similar to mine, except rather than no-core, it was a repaired, broken core. As the result, power output is reduced to 60%, but it can be used by practically anyone (yes, GUYS).

Of course since it was Tabane who repaired the broken core...
