1st you do poor haruka, then wind a few years forward and you do Mitsuki in all kinds of ways....
Then for some reason Akane wants some too. Then Haruka forces herself on you the following day! in hospital so you do her too again. Then during that time Akane becomes involved in an accident and gets hospitalized....
Then it ends, so I guess the same story over again. lol
Talk about a very weird ending and not the way I intended things to go.
I only wanted Mitsuki but she dumped me

Actually, the anime wasn't the 'main storyline' of the game, as there isn't an exact main one to begin with outside of the accident and prior-to moments.
Can't quite figure out what's so difficult, the girls interact with you based upon your decisions. Also, plesae mark the appropriate areas with spoiler tags if you're going to discuss story elements, there are still many who have not yet played the game and/or haven't achieved all of the arcs of the story.
