I think the title is simply
Karneval. IMO It's pretty easy to find in anime streaming & download sites. Just look more closely.

Yaoi, Shounen-ai and
BL are the same thing
. Maybe BL is stronger in sexual department? Tbh, this kind of genre is not my favorite so I don't know the differences XP.
