I gave it a 9/10. It isn't my very favorite anime, but Ouran High School Host Club is very well done. The humor is top notch and just everything about it is great.
The only problem is that it ended so fast. I'd probably give the manga a 10/10 since it's gone further and got a lot more into the story.
