Here's what's been posted on 2ch. No picture of the magazine was posted by this person, so it's unconfirmed. Nobody's denied any of it so far in the past day, so there may be some nuggets of truth in there.

This is a summary of events with little details as to "why" something happens. It's a shorthand version of events, and it didn't go well at all in any translator. I've done the best I can with Rikaichan, but I confess to not being able to read Japanese. Last warning before some major events are possibly spoiled:

Here's my translation of the post:
This time, α mostly isn't depicted (in this chapter).
Concerning β:

The SOS Brigade heads to Yuki’s apartment to nurse her.
Yuki pretends to be tough; Kyon goes to the lavatory to get sheets.
Like in the Melancholy computer scene, Kyon and Yuki chat back and forth until Yuki goes to sleep.
Kyon quickly leaves the apartment and encounters Kuyoh’s wrath.
Kyon encounters her at the usual railroad crossing.
Kyon states “Your goal is me?” and is nicely rescued by the appearance of Asakura
Asakura takes control of the space around them
Asakura and Kuyoh have a knife battle
Kuyoh throws Asakura down and when she’s about to finish her off…Kimidori appears
Asakura's hold over the space is broken due to loss of concentration and, like Yuki, Kimidori takes charge over it. Asakura doesn't defy her.
Kuyoh escapes
Asakura can appear only when certain conditions are met. When the situation improves, she vanishes.
After talking with Kimidori, Kyon returns to Yuki’s room
The group breaks up and Kyon sends a message to Sasaki.

Looking through more of the posts on 2ch, the things mentioned frequently are:

1. Asakura Ryoko's revival
2. The reason why Haruhi is good at cooking
3. Confrontation with Kuyoh
4. Asakura VS Kuyoh VS Kimidori
5. A message stating "Atashi to tsukiau" (either "Associate/Go out with me" I can't tell the meaning)

Those would be the ones I'd say are likely true out of everything.

If any of this is proven wrong, I am sorry for posting false rumors again.
