I didn't see this title on your list, so i'll go for it:
Hidan no Aria: It's an action/romance title with some ecchi scene from time to time (No full nudity like Highschool DxD). It's about a guy, who is a butei (some sort of student/special-agent), who gets to work with a female colleague after she saves his life. The first episode should be enough to drag you in.
The anime is just an adaption of the novel, which still continues with other volumes. The anime puts a kind of ending but you can continue the story and read the novels to know some more. Here's some pic of Aria and the cast
Btw, the novel develops the story a whole LOT.
