Why are you arguing this if the anime was pretty damn blatant in the way it showed Eren's action?

Far from a GAR moment (as in Miakasa killing the running Titan), Eren was a terrible and frightening sight. The fact that the anime is following your ideas is flying way over your head. It is because the anime depicts that violence as something horrible that people is praising the show.
