For me it felt that the title itself was some kind of sensationalization (because the title was simple and yet still good enough to make you wonder how all those 3 elements fit in) to attract buyers when it originally came out.
It even said " A story about a boy yearning for true love and a girl hating chocolate", despite that chocolate had no significant meaning for any other routes
