So, it's possible that it's inside Sasuke now. I think the sword was linked to Orochimaru's soul. There's no way such huge object fits in ones body anyway. It must be summon like and now Sasuke obtained it.
The question is if Orochimaru will allow him to use it. Somehow he must have control over something, be it the cursed seal or Sasuke mind, comparable to Kyuubi.
