e2046's quality pretty much looks exactly like their pictures (not the original, but the pictures they have for the pre-painted version that they're selling).
I have the Space Yuki Nagato recast+prepaint from them, and overall, the paint job is really well done. It's waaaay better than figurines you get from the big figurine produces, but not quite up to bubba's level. I'd say it captures about 85-90% of Bubba's original paintjob.
So that Haruhi gothiloli would look pretty much exactly like what their pictures show.
