Yes, especially the scenes with Ladd Russo and the Rail Tracer.
Baccano! is not a "steampunk" show either, at least as I understand the term. (
Last Exile and
Howl's Moving Castle seem paradigmatic of the genre to me.) Surprisingly, the only recent show I can think of with some steampunk stylistic features is
AKB0048, some episodes of which are set on a planet that looks like an industrial wasteland. The recent
Lupin III/Mine Fujiko series might also fit.
If you're looking for a nice show with a 19th century setting, I'll recommend
Ikoku Meiro no Croisee, about a Japanese girl who goes to Paris in the late 1800's.
Allison to Lillia might also have some appeal.
Steampunk does not seem to be very popular these days.
