While I agree that we might get some small introductions of the 5 new leaders of Fairy Tale, but I don't think they are important enough to "waste" an entire chapter on them. Generally the only " subdivision leader" who is probably going to get more then one chapter dedicated to him, is Miyabi, but apart from him I don't think that the other leaders are important to the plot of the current arc, so dedicating an entire chapter for them, would be basically Ikeda's way of dragging on the current arc.
Well, I certainly would like to see some of the girls in Tsukune's harem fighting against pretty tough enemies, but generally speaking I don't think that Ikeda should spend 6 months ( 6 chapters, if we go by you're suggestion on how the plot of the current arc, should develop) , just to show how powerful Tsukune's harem has become...
In my opinion dealing with Fairy Tale's subdivision leaders isn't going to take more then 2 to 3 chapters, most of which are probably going to concentrate on the fight between Tsukune and Miyabi, which is going to be the precursor to Tsukune's fight with Akua.
