I'm not sure as to whether this takes place before or after Sentinel Prime journeyed towards our solar system, considering what he's holding in his palm...and knowing that it was supposedly lost/destroyed during T2:RotF (well, it was still sealed within the Tomb of the Primes ever since the ancient Sun Harvester Autobot/Decepticon revolt, so I'm pretty much running myself into a wall here by asking that). Incidentally, his paint job is different from what we saw in the teaser trailer and if I'm not mistaken, he transforms into one of those airport-dedicated firetrucks (still, that makes me wonder how THAT item survived...or if it's a duplicate).

Based on the plot info already floating around out of the comic book and novel adaptations (both of which are already out), that scene must be from after Sentinel Prime is re-awakened, at a point when he has already arrived on Earth and re-formatted himself into a Rosenbauer Panther.
