Not really, her stockings doesn't show anything, Zettai Ryouiki requires a certain area of the skin between the skirt and the socks (let's say ... look at Lessar's outfit, it's a good example of grade A, barely showing the thighs but showing them nonetheless) ... and Frenda doesn't show any.
