aye, I understood that Taiga wasn't out of control so much as she didn't want to be around her dad and that Ryuuji was projecting his own baggage.... just another example of why people often have so much trouble communicating. It was just that him gripping her like he did kind of flashed that memory up for me. Taiga is just so... well I would be sad if he accidentally really hurt her.
