can you say perfect slice of life characterization? a standalone ep that develops a character so much. this is exactly what i'm looking for. on top of the fact that it was beautifully animated and absolutely hilarious, there was just the fight amount of fanservice done in the subtle way this show does it; not flaunting it, but its noticeably there.

also, it detailed one of my more liked characters in Tomoe. her VA does an amazing voice when she isn't "Sawako-ing" it.

i have no doubt this will have its share of drama later on. unless Okada decides to make this one light hearted and Ano Hana the heavy one.. after all, its a 24 ep, and a 24 ep all the time serious show is bound to fail. even Honey and Clover, one of the more "serious" shows has its fair share of comedy.
