Basically what littlegal and Rambo said. We're more vocal and Tooru has gotten some pretty good screentime.
And well, Tooru fanbase is mostly girls which would be more inclined to talk about Tooru than say Ko fanbase (which I assume is mostly guys) would be inclined to talk about Ko.
