It's a gag about a legend on the internet. If you reach 40 with your virginity intact, you become a wizard. It comes from an anime I think.
Either way maybe date the less crazy one. I generally go for the maid but zero no tsukaima's maid moe was crazy. The princess/queen was fairly reasonable.
