I checked again...the only two I can maybe add are
Wahaha Ganbara (Saki) and Suminoe Riko (KissxSis)...and even someone like Arakawa Kei (The ace of Sangamaki HS that lose to Senriyama in Kita-Osaka Tournament and the one that helped with Achiga's training before the Shirotodai murder...yeah, like anyone remember who she is as good as she's in mahjong), unless you consider the Zetsubou Sensei girls (Chiri and
Futsu-san Nami) "strong"...
