Vi - build the god fist (Iceborn Gauntlet) to make you tanky, crazy burst damage, and snare, it's practically made for her and comes from 2 strong lesser items.
Add a black cleaver and she'll murder any squishy instantly with her combo, tank gear the rest of the build to survive the retaliation.
is she going to replace the common picks like jax, probably not but her dive kill squishy damage really shouldn't be underestimated.
