Yeah, pretty much this.
Support mailed me today and yes, they said as the game was not released yesterday the code wouldn't work.
For the Steelbook, it seems it somehow was not part of my order, so I won't get one...
and for the DVD-case... well, they gave me 5 € now so I can buy a new case... but they also offered the option of sending the game in and exchange it for non-broken version. So i guess I'll take that offer.

Oh they also offered me the Steelbook for free now. Okay that's a lot better.
If mighty Amazon still had it in thier stock, but they totaly took it from thier website... well done!
You know what..? F%&Q! Just give me my non-broken copy and we part ways...
