The sites that had the patch are currently down, but AvatarST has them on his computer available to be sent via e-mail. I have them too, so if you want I'll send the Alpha patch via e-mail if you PM me the address.
And let me just give props to the one who did this partial translation - I certainly hope he or she will continue to translate the game. I'd like to lend a hand, though my translation skills are very limited.
