Annoying delays
There are a number of cases like searching and posting where you must wait a certain amount of time before searching or posting again. I understand the need for these to protect against spamming and DDOS attacks, but couldn't these rules be relaxed after someone has been a member for a while? Perhaps using the same criteria as now determine when someone is eligible to distribute rep?
In my case I posted a reply in one tab, then when I went to post the comment for a different thread I had pending in another tab, I hit the "wait 60 seconds" rule.
