Aki isn't a Japanese. Although he's drawn quite a lot of doujins, his works aren't well known outside the country (apart from Maid's day me think), so I don't think anyone's going to scanslate them.

This doujin will be on sale on 1st November. I can't even buy it because I'm about ~9,500 km. away from the shop it'll be on sale.
