Do we know that Makise agreeing to cancel the D-mail is necessary for it to be cancelled? The D-mail was not sent to her phone, nor was it sent from her phone. I'm not sure how one could "cancel" the D-mail if the important part of it was that SERN detected it rather than the content of the D-mail, but I don't think Makise needs to be in on it for a cancellation to happen regardless.
