It is indeed a good concept, the choice you made for the screenshot is Very good, for I have not seen anyone use it aswell.
This aside.., it is a great picture of Jun and Shinku never the less.
I also have to agree with the Tea Cup and the roses beeing a nice touch, simple yet very very good.
I am afraid though, that the quality of the screenshot does not equal the one of the Tea Cup and the Roses.., and this is what the wallpaper is currently lacking..
Much like Solwyvern said previously.., if you could vector the screenshot it would definitly make a Huge improvement in its quality.
Maybe you could add some sky aswell to the background, as in it is shown on the OP of ~Traumend~ when Jun and Shinku are taking Tea; there is a nice background there you could screenshot and then vector aswell.
All and all, its a nice Rozen Maiden wall.
