Rather than 宣 as in announce, it's 占 as in to divine.

However, I'm not sure what literal translation I should use for 託 on its own. I think hint would work best, as conjuction kanji aren't meant to be broken up like that Oo

You could interpret 託宣 'declaration of a hint' to form 'oracle' XD

Well, what do you think?
Hmm..... that could work, but I have to remind first that using 託 as hint is very rarely done in Japanese. Here is what I found from an online Japanese dictionary (in : http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/leaf/jn2/135808/m1u/託/.)

[常用漢字] [音]タク(呉)(漢) [訓]かこつける かこつ ことづける

1. 他にあずける。ゆだねる。「託送・託児所/依託・委託・寄託・供託・結託・受託・嘱託・信託・請託・負託」(to entrust)
2 他の事にかこつける。(to pretend being something else).「託言/仮託」
3 神が他の口を借りて告げる。(What God announce by borrowing other people's mouth) 「託宣/神託」

Well, you should decide which word best used in this case since my English is nothing compared to you. These are all just something as some references ^_^
