I doubt it; Kamachi should know that lethal hand-held direct energy weapons are too impractical.
Question, can a Railgun be fired in an arc if it's slow enough? Putting aside the Break Barrier, it's weird that the designers never saw the need to equip Objects with missiles for non-line of sight targets.... It's not like it's feasible to blast holes through mountains every time.
