All this talk about the manga in this thread is really off-topic, and should be under spoiler tags (or not in the anime threads at all, per the rules of the opening post and Spoiler Policy) because people who don't know the manga don't need to get spoiled about what is or isn't being covered. I'm going to create a spoiler & speculation thread where manga readers can speculate about how this anime fits into the manga timeline so that the anime episode threads can just focus on the anime itself.
