Judging from the current amount of volumes (3 volumes only so far) for SYD, its highly unlikely that we will see any development (romance relationship to be precise) between the characters. Not like you can expect anything from a near-realistic guy to have a relationship with 2 perverts and a loli-like SC members.
But i might be wrong at this anyway... since i haven't read any of the manga yet.
