look guys, mitsuki is not so childish like haruka, yet she is very caring and loving. what's not to love about that. Surely she gets emo (a lot), but with proper care it will be great. She is not the type of person who will willingly hurt someone out of jealousy, it was rather obvious that she sacrificed her feelings in the beginning so haruka can be happy, although she did not do so without confronting these feelings honestly. Basically mitsuki is just holding too much in, and I think it is quite sympathetic how she really suffers because of it. She is not a bad girl, just confused and weak sometimes.
