I don't think Naruto would ever join Oro even if Oro said that he could make Naruto control the 100% power of Kyubi, a guy that betrayed and destroyed much of the leaf, killed many of their nins including the Hokage and i am sure Sasuke is not a fool so he knows at some extent what Oro desires from him and the type of things Oro would make him do if he joined him, by accepting that in is own free will i think is a very selfish and wrong reason, especially when Kakashi himself already told him that if he leans on the power of the curse seal and let it control his life he would never be able to kill Itachi, i do agree that the events on the manga with Itachi only served to augment Sasuke hate but i think there are limits to where anyone can go, however if it's like you say Dranz and in the end he realizes his mistakes then i would lose my reasons to dislike him at that time, however nothing is going to change that currently he is acting in a very selfish way, turning his back at everything that supported him trough all his hard times just for a chance to gain power from a person that only wants to use him as a tool

The thing that makes everyone hate Sasuke is the fact he really Doesn't care about leaf, or his companions at this point. He's almost gone mad with the thought of killing Itachi. He'll join anyone and anything if he finds it will help him take out Itachi.
