I will reword above sentence to make it's clearer. "Is she really doing all of these to help Silvia x Teppei!?"
I don't have problem if she dates with Teppei because she likes him and want to be with him. But if her true intention is like in that description then WTF?
What she greatly lacks in her character is common sense.
