That's exactly my problem with the while thing. The first part had him learning to fight and wanting to become stronger. Now, he's done a complete 180 and it doesn't make for a likable main hero, especially of an action manga. And I really don't want this to turn into one of those mangas with a useless male lead who let's all the hit girls around him do the fighting. There's too many of those as it is.
