Either way, the sweet spot is the 8800 GTS 320MB if you're looking for a Mid-High range video card to game with. But the 1950 XT will do if you're looking at just midranged.
How do you find a 2900 XT cheaper than a 8800 GTS 640 MB? The cheapest 2900 XT I could find was 40 dollars more than a 8800 GTS 640.
